Claiming Your Warranty

Most products we sell come with a 6–12 month warranty against manufacturing defects.

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use
• Dead pixels on displays (5 or more)
• Battery defects (capacity drop below 80% within 6 months)

What's Not Covered

• Physical damage, liquid damage, or accidental damage
• Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Normal wear and tear

How to Claim

1. Contact us at +254 711 857 855 within the warranty period.
2. Provide your purchase receipt and describe the defect.
3. Bring or ship the item to us — we'll assess and repair/replace within 7 business days.
